By purchasing or using Apx Design Skill ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before use.
Apx Design Skill is licensed for personal use only. You may use the Product to build projects for yourself or your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product files in any form.
You may use the styles, prompts, and guidelines included in the Product to generate UI designs using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar. End results (generated designs) are yours to use freely, including commercially.
You may not share, resell, or distribute the Product files, prompt templates, or design system instructions — in whole or in part — to third parties without written permission from AuraPX.
All design files, prompt structures, and documentation included in the Product remain the intellectual property of AuraPX. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If you experience issues with the Product, contact us at aurapx.design and we will do our best to resolve them.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AuraPX is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of the Product, including AI-generated output.
AuraPX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
